Notifications

QuintaGo sends notifications to your team and to leads at key moments. Configure exactly who receives what, on which channel, and under what conditions.

Team notifications

Go to Settings → Notifications → Team. Each team member can configure their own notification preferences. Available channels:

  • In-app — notifications in the QuintaGo sidebar bell
  • Email — digest or real-time email notifications
  • Browser push — desktop notifications via browser
  • WhatsApp — receive alerts on your own WhatsApp (paid add-on)

Lead notifications

These are transactional messages sent to the lead. They are triggered by system events:

  • Proposal delivery confirmation
  • Proposal reminder (if not opened after 48h)
  • Visit confirmation and reminder
  • Booking confirmation after signing
  • Payment receipt (if using Stripe integration)

Customise the content of each notification in Settings → Notifications → Lead messages. All messages use the venue branding and tone configured in the Branding settings.

Notification rules

Create custom notification rules for events not covered by defaults. For example, send an alert to the sales manager whenever a deal over €5,000 moves to Proposal sent:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications → Rules → New rule
  2. Trigger: Stage changed to Proposal sent
  3. Condition: Deal value > 5000
  4. Action: Email Maria (sales manager)

Quiet hours

Set quiet hours to prevent automated lead notifications from being sent outside acceptable hours (e.g. no WhatsApp messages between 22:00 and 08:00). Messages queued during quiet hours are delivered as soon as the window opens.
