Zapier Integration

Zapier connects QuintaGo to 6,000+ apps without code. Use Zapier triggers when events happen in QuintaGo (a new lead, a signed proposal) to perform actions in other tools — add a row in Google Sheets, create a task in Asana, or send a Slack message.

Connecting Zapier

  1. In Zapier, search for the QuintaGo app
  2. Click Connect and enter your QuintaGo API key
  3. Your API key is at Settings → Integrations → API keys
  4. Confirm the connection — Zapier will show your venue name

Available triggers

QuintaGo exposes the following Zapier triggers:

  • New lead created — fires when any new lead enters the system
  • Lead stage changed — fires when a lead moves to a specific stage
  • Proposal signed — fires when a proposal is signed
  • Proposal viewed — fires when a lead opens a proposal
  • Payment received — fires when a Stripe payment is completed
  • New WhatsApp message — fires on inbound message

Available actions

  • Create lead — add a new lead to QuintaGo from another app
  • Update lead — update fields on an existing lead
  • Move lead to stage — change the pipeline stage
  • Add tag — tag a lead from another app
  • Send WhatsApp message — send a message to a lead (template only)

Example Zaps

  • New lead in QuintaGo → Add row to Google Sheets CRM backup
  • Proposal signed → Create task in Asana for post-booking onboarding
  • New lead from Typeform → Create lead in QuintaGo
  • Lead stage = Signed → Add contact to Mailchimp confirmed bookings list
For more complex automation logic with branching, use Workflows instead of Zapier — they run natively and are faster.
