WhatsApp Integration

WhatsApp is the primary communication channel for wedding venue leads. QuintaGo connects directly to the WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API), giving your team a shared inbox where every conversation is visible, assignable, and searchable.

Before you start

You need the following before connecting:

  • A phone number not already registered as a personal WhatsApp
  • A Facebook Business Manager account (verified)
  • A WhatsApp Business account linked to that number
  • Admin access to your Meta Business Manager

Connecting your number

  1. Go to Settings → WhatsApp → Connect number
  2. Click Connect via Meta
  3. Authorise QuintaGo in your Meta Business Manager
  4. Select the WhatsApp Business Account and phone number
  5. Complete the OTP verification
The QR code method is only available for testing. For production use, always connect via the Meta Business Manager flow above.

Message templates

WhatsApp requires pre-approved templates for outbound messages to leads who have not messaged you in the last 24 hours. Create templates in Settings → WhatsApp → Templates. Templates go through Meta review (usually <24 hours).

Inbox management

The shared inbox at Inbox shows all active WhatsApp conversations. Use the left panel to filter by assigned agent, status (open/snoozed/resolved), or label. The right panel shows the full conversation thread alongside the lead profile.

Automated responses

The AI Concierge handles the first response automatically. After that, you can set up automation flows that send follow-up messages based on time and lead behaviour. See Automations for full details.
