System Status
QuintaGo monitors all platform services in real time. This page explains how to check current status, what the status levels mean, and how to subscribe to incident updates.
Status levels
- Operational — service is running normally
- Degraded — service is running with reduced performance or partial errors
- Outage — service is unavailable or completely non-functional
- Maintenance — planned maintenance window in progress
Monitored services
QuintaGo monitors 10 distinct service components, each with independent status tracking:
- App Platform (web UI and dashboard)
- Lead Ingestion (forms and CRM intake)
- WhatsApp Integrations (Cloud API, inbox, broadcasts)
- AI Automations (Concierge, auto-response)
- Proposal System (creation, PDF, e-signature)
- Webhooks (event delivery)
- WordPress Plugin (widget embed, form sync)
- API (REST endpoints)
- Authentication (login, sessions)
- File Uploads (media storage, CDN)
Subscribing to updates
Subscribe to incident notifications at status.quintago.io:
- Email notifications for new incidents and updates
- Slack webhook integration
- RSS feed for incident history
SLA commitments
Pro and Signature plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA for the App Platform and API. Downtime credits apply if monthly uptime drops below the threshold:
- 99.0%–99.9% uptime → 10% credit
- 95.0%–99.0% uptime → 25% credit
- Below 95.0% uptime → 50% credit
