Team Management

Manage everyone who has access to your QuintaGo workspace. You can invite unlimited team members on Pro and Signature plans, with granular role-based permissions to control exactly what each person can see and do.

Roles

QuintaGo has four built-in roles:

  • Owner — full access, billing, and account deletion. One per workspace.
  • Admin — full access including settings, integrations, and team management
  • Sales — can manage leads, proposals, and conversations. Cannot change settings.
  • View only — read-only access to leads, pipeline, and reports

Inviting team members

Go to Settings → Team → Invite. Enter an email address and select a role. The recipient receives an email invitation with a secure link. Invitations expire after 7 days.

Conversation assignment

Lead conversations can be assigned to specific team members. The assigned person receives a notification and the conversation appears in their personal queue. Use assignment to ensure no lead goes unattended when the team is large.

Best practice: Assign new leads to a team member within 15 minutes of arrival. QuintaGo can automate this using the Automations feature — for example, round-robin assignment to the next available sales agent.

Activity log

Admins can view a full audit log of all team actions at Settings → Team → Activity log. The log records stage changes, proposal sends, message sends, and settings changes with timestamps and user attribution.

Removing team members

To remove a team member, go to Settings → Team, find the person, and click Remove. Their open conversations are automatically unassigned and visible to all admins.
