Venue Calendar

The QuintaGo venue calendar is your single source of truth for availability. It shows confirmed bookings, provisional holds, site visits, and blocked dates — all in one place. Connect it with Google Calendar to keep everything in sync automatically.

Calendar views

The calendar supports three views accessible from the top toolbar:

• Month — overview of all events with colour coding by type
• Week — detailed day-by-day view with time slots
• Agenda — chronological list ideal for printing or sharing

Event types

Each calendar entry has a type that determines its colour and behaviour:

• Booking — confirmed event with signed contract
• Hold — provisional reservation pending signature
• Site visit — couple coming to view the venue
• Blocked — venue unavailable for external reasons
• Maintenance — internal use, hidden from proposals

Blocking dates

To mark dates as unavailable, click any date on the calendar and select Block date. Set a reason (private, maintenance, other) and whether the block is visible on the public availability widget. Blocked dates are excluded from the date picker shown to leads.

Google Calendar sync

Connect your Google Calendar to automatically push all QuintaGo events there and pull external events back. See the full guide at Google Calendar Integration.

Availability widget

Embed a public availability calendar on your website so couples can check dates before enquiring. The widget only shows availability (free/busy) — it does not reveal other bookings or financial details.
