Google Calendar Integration

The Google Calendar integration creates a bidirectional sync between your QuintaGo venue calendar and your Google Calendar. Site visits scheduled in QuintaGo appear in Google Calendar, and events added in Google Calendar are visible in QuintaGo.

Connecting Google Calendar

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar
  2. Click Connect with Google
  3. Sign in to your Google account and grant calendar access
  4. Select which Google calendar to sync (you may have multiple)
  5. Choose the event types to sync (visits, bookings, holds, or all)
Use a dedicated Google Calendar for QuintaGo events rather than your personal calendar. This keeps your personal schedule separate from venue events.

Sync behaviour

The sync is bidirectional with the following rules:

  • QuintaGo events push to Google Calendar within 30 seconds
  • Google Calendar events appear in QuintaGo within 5 minutes
  • Changes made in either system are reflected in the other
  • Deleting an event in Google Calendar marks it as cancelled in QuintaGo (it is not deleted)
  • Private Google Calendar events are not pulled into QuintaGo

Team member calendars

Each team member can connect their own Google Calendar independently. This allows site visits to appear in the assigned team member calendar — useful when different staff manage different enquiries.

// Each team member connects via their own OAuth flow.
// Go to: Profile → My integrations → Google Calendar

Availability checks

When the AI Concierge suggests a visit date, it checks Google Calendar availability before proposing times. This prevents double-booking with events that exist only in Google Calendar. Enable this in Settings → AI Concierge → Calendar check.

Disconnecting

To disconnect, go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar → Disconnect. Existing events are not deleted from either system — they simply stop syncing.
