Branding & White-label

QuintaGo lets you apply your venue branding across every customer-facing touchpoint — proposal pages, email templates, the lead capture widget, and the booking confirmation page. Consistent branding builds trust and reinforces your venue identity.

Brand settings

Go to Settings → Branding. You can configure:

  • Logo — SVG or PNG, displayed on proposals and emails
  • Primary colour — used for buttons, links, and highlights
  • Secondary colour — used for accents and badges
  • Font family — choose from 12 Google Fonts pairings
  • Custom domain — proposals open on your own domain (e.g. proposals.yourvenue.com)

Email templates

All automated emails sent by QuintaGo use your venue branding. You can customise:

  • Header logo and background colour
  • Footer text, social links, and unsubscribe copy
  • Email font and link colour

Templates use Handlebars-style variables for dynamic content:

Dear {{lead.firstName}},

Thank you for your interest in {{venue.name}}.
We would love to show you around on {{visit.date}}.

Best regards,
{{sender.name}}
{{venue.name}}

Custom domain for proposals

Instead of proposals.quintago.io/your-venue, proposals can open on proposals.yourvenue.com. Set this up in Settings → Branding → Custom domain:

  1. Enter your desired subdomain (e.g. proposals.yourvenue.com)
  2. Add the CNAME record shown to your DNS provider
  3. Wait up to 24 hours for DNS propagation
  4. QuintaGo automatically provisions an SSL certificate
Custom domains are available on Pro and Signature plans.

White-label mode

Signature plan customers can enable full white-label mode, which removes all QuintaGo branding from customer-facing pages. Enable it in Settings → Branding → White-label.
